  • 1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Courgette, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 8 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  1. In a frying pan saute red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, courgettes in oil until cooked. Season the mixture with salt
  2. Heat the wraps for 30 seconds on both sides using a grill or frying pan
  3. To assemble the fajita; put the vegetable mix in the centre of the wrap and top with salsa and sour cream
