- 1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Courgette, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 8 Tortilla Wraps
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Salsa
Method
- In a frying pan saute red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, courgettes in oil until cooked. Season the mixture with salt
- Heat the wraps for 30 seconds on both sides using a grill or frying pan
- To assemble the fajita; put the vegetable mix in the centre of the wrap and top with salsa and sour cream
