Katy’s Banana Pancakes

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Soya Milk
  • 1 Banana (3/4 Mashed & 1/4 Sliced)
  • 1/3 Cup Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Maple Syrup
  1. Add the mashed banana in a bowl and mix in the oats, soya milk and wholemeal flour
  2. Heat Coconut oil in a frying pan. Once it melts pour the batter in small circles
  3. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top and serve with sliced bananas and maple syrup
