- 2 Medium Red Onion, Chopped
- 2 Medium Tomatoes, Chopped
- Coriander, Chopped
- 1 Chilli, Seeded and Finely Chopped
- Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Lemon Juice
Method
- In a bowl, mix the onions, tomatoes, coriander and chilli together
- Season with salt, sugar and lemon juice
- Cover and set aside to let the flavours develop or serve right away
