- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Small Chicken Breasts – choosing chicken rather than beef is over ten times better for the environment
- 4 Burger Bun
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 8 Gherkins, Sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, Sliced
- Salt
Method
- Season the chicken breast with salt and cook it in oil for 4 minutes on each side
- Slice the burger bun in half. In a pan, grill the bun with butter. Until it is light golden brown or 2 minutes on each side
- For assembling the burger, start with lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Put the chicken breast and sliced gherkins on top
- Serve with tomato ketchup
