James’ Chicken Burger

  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Small Chicken Breasts – choosing chicken rather than beef is over ten times better for the environment
  • 4 Burger Bun
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 8 Gherkins, Sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, Sliced
  • Salt
  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and cook it in oil for 4 minutes on each side
  2. Slice the burger bun in half. In a pan, grill the bun with butter. Until it is light golden brown or 2 minutes on each side
  3. For assembling the burger, start with lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Put the chicken breast and sliced gherkins on top
  4. Serve with tomato ketchup
